Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan, SV, is an association for education, training and culture for adults. They elaborated an effective methodology to empower people (by developing self-regulation and other transversal skills), referring to thegeneral concept of 'folkbildning', with study circles as a tool.
SV is one of the leading non-formal adult education associations in Sweden. The organizations they co-operate with are the FUB (The Swedish National Association for Persons with Intellectual Disability), the National Schizophrenia Fellowship, the National Society Autism and a few more.
Kulturcentrum Väst is a partner to SV and consists of professional artists along with intellectually disabled actors. Respond Dets Performing Arts is the educational method and the approach that is used in Kulturcentrum Väst,and is their specific contribution to the project.
